COE EQUIPS CRHS – SCIENCE DEPARTMENT WITH ELECTRONIC SKILL ADVANCEMENT TRAINING

Aiming to provide knowledge and improve the electronic skills of Cristo Rey High School – Science Department, the College of Engineering initiated a training workshop through their visit to TSU-Engineering Manufacturing Hub to experience first-hand manipulation of electronic equipment on January 30, 2024.

Engr. Ann Jeanette S. Lopez initiated the event with a sincere opening and welcome remarks, followed by the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) facilitated by Dr. Noel Palgue, CRHS Principal, and Dr. Teresa Sinio, Head Teacher of the Science Department, alongside Engr. Aldrin Joar Taduran and Engr. Maan B. Florendo, COE Expert Service Providers (ESPs). Dr. Palgue further expressed his appreciation for the contributions of the COE-ESPs. 

Engr. Florendo facilitated the event and introduced Engr. Aldrin Joar Taduran as the resource speaker to discuss the “Introduction to Basics of Electronics and Electronic Computer,” followed by dividing the participants for their group activity.

This extension activity concluded with the awarding of certificates and photo opportunities. 

Cristo Rey High School - Science Department is now well-versed in basic and advanced electronics, therefore, Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 04: Quality Education covers the aforementioned extension activity.
