Tatuns Kambingan, a specialty restaurant engaged in serving goat meat dishes in Tarlac, requested the technical assistance of Tarlac State University, Food Technology and Research Center on product development and food safety.
As discussed during the meeting held on March 24, 2022, Tatuns will be provided with consultancy services to make their signature goat meat dishes become shelf-stable to widen their market in the future. Along with this is the establishment of its food safety management system in preparation for their application for FDA registration.
