TSU CASS Psychology Department conducted a Psychosocial and Mental Health Awareness Training-Seminar to the teaching personnel of San Pablo Elementary School, today, November 18, 2022.


Dr. Marie Angeles Paz, senior faculty member of TSU Psychology Department, served as a resource speaker while Ms. Mary Joy Facun served as a facilitator.


The seminar-training titled, “Psychosocial Support & Mental Health: A Look into Resiliency & Coping with Stress” aimed to develop a resilient workforce that can withstand current and future crises and equip personnel with ways to protect their mental health amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and promote the well-being of all the SPES teachers.


Eighteen teachers, headed by their school principal Rizalino A. Manglicmot, attended the said seminar-training.
