Food Technology and Research Center - TSU, together with faculty experts of the College of Engineering and Technology (CoET) and College of Business and Accountancy (CBA), conducted a need assessment for the technical consultancy services requested by Angelica's Sizzlers located in Angeles Pampanga, towards improvement of its business operation, store and production facility and food safety implementation and product quality.

The activity aims to map the specific concerns, problems, and challenges towards developing and providing science and technology-based recommendations and interventions for the firm.
