In line with its commitment to improving and streamlining institutional processes, the Office of University Extension Services (OUES) conducted an Orientation on the Implementation of the Revised Procedures for Extension and Volunteer Service Delivery on January 27, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.

The activity opened with an inspirational message from Atty. Wilmark J. Ramos, Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension, who emphasized the importance of standardized and efficient procedures in ensuring the quality of extension and volunteer services. The orientation proper was facilitated by Engr. Emir Lenard S. F. Sicangco, Director of OUES, who served as the resource speaker.

The orientation aimed to update teaching and non-teaching personnel on the revised guidelines, documentary requirements, and procedures for extension and volunteer service delivery. Emphasis was placed on the preparation, submission, evaluation, and approval of proposals, as well as on proper documentation practices to ensure accountability, consistency, and compliance with institutional standards.

Through this initiative, OUES reaffirms its commitment to supporting the University's extension workforce and promoting more efficient, transparent, and well-documented extension and volunteer service delivery.
