A significant milestone was achieved with the official signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Tarlac State University – Center for Engineering and Environmental Research (TSU-CEER) and the Provincial Government of Tarlac.
The partnership formally establishes the collaboration for the Tarlac Data Map Project, a strategic initiative that aims to strengthen data-driven planning, environmental management, and sustainable development across the province.
Through this collaboration, TSU-CEER and the Provincial Government of Tarlac reaffirm their shared commitment to advancing research, innovation, and community development in support of a smarter, more resilient, and sustainable Tarlac.
