OUES, CEDH plan systems improvement thru benchlearning visit with BPSU

Aiming to improve systems procedures on the delivery of extension programs and projects, the Tarlac State University-Office of University Extension Services (TSU-OUES) has visited the Bataan Peninsula State University-Extension and Training Services Office (BPSU-ETSO) for a benchlearning activity.

Through Mr. Jerome C. Matic, BPSU-Main Campus Extension chairperson, a comprehensive discussion of BPSU extension processes and procedures was delivered to the TSU Delegates.
“Whatever we gain from research, as much as possible, we transfer these learnings to the communities. As Faculty Members, we should not just be on the ivory tower overlooking the ordinary people doing their daily lives. It is through our extension programs that we contribute to the community,” Prof. Joerald M. Gadia, vice president for Administration and Finance, highlighted as he dealt to inspire the TSU Extensionists.
Engr. Emir Lenard SF. Sicangco, director of TSU-OUES, expressed his sincere thanks for the warm welcome bestowed upon by the BPSU administration and extension office counterpart.
“Maraming maraming salamat po, marami po kaming natutunan. At iuuwi po naming ito sa Tarlac State University.” Engr. Sicangco said.
The TSU Extension Delegates are set to conduct a capacity building activity shortly after the benchlearning meeting.
