CTED trains DSWS 4Ps beneficiaries, conducts skill training and entrepreneurship workshop

Extensionists from the College of Teacher Education (CTED), in cooperation with Kristina Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts (KIHCA), conducted an entrepreneurial skill and training on food processing, last February 24, at Brgy. San Manuel, Tarlac City.

Department of Social Welfare and Development – Tarlac (DSWD-3) Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries attended the skill training and were taught how to make gourmet bangus sardines and gourmet dilis in bottles.

This training will help DSWS 4Ps’ beneficiaries add knowledge and to provide income and support their families.

Ms. Lalaine Razon, Ms. Siti Norliza Musa, and Mr. Michael Gandola served as resource speakers/trainers of the said training workshop.

This completed extension activity of CTED is contributory to goal 4 (Quality Education), and goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Agenda.
