TSU-CCS Equips Potter's Hand Processed Food with Innovative Technology Transfer and Training

The Tarlac State University - College of Computer Studies (TSU-CCS) consistently extends its support to the community through the use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). Potter’s Hand Processed Food is one of the micro food processors they have assisted. On June 6, 2023, the College of Computer Studies conducted a technology transfer and training session on the usage and maintenance of Potter’s Hand Processed Food's website. The activity took place in the Dean’s Office Conference Room and aimed to provide knowledge to Potter’s Hand Processed Food, the beneficiary, regarding the usage and maintenance of their newly transferred/developed technology for their business.

Faculty Expert Service Providers from the College of Computer Studies’ Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Department, including Mr. Nicolas Z. Diaz, Jr., Ms. Jo Anne G. Cura, Mr. Nomar R. Lapitan, Ms. Karizza D. Felix, and Ms. Kim Shaira B. Casimiro, led this extension activity and assisted in the training on the usage and maintenance of the website.

Furthermore, Mr. Nomar R. Lapitan, an information technology instructor, shared his knowledge on the usage and maintenance of Potter’s Hand Processed Food's website. His discussion aimed to guide and train the beneficiary on how the newly transferred technology works and how it can be maintained.

In summary, the technology has been successfully implemented and is ready to enhance the marketing strategy of Potter’s Hand Processed Food. This new technology enables customers and the owner to view the product and its details, stay updated, and provide feedback as needed.
