In line with the National Women's Month Celebration, the International Affairs and Linkages Office (IALO) conducted a webinar on Women Empowerment and Leadership in International Setting on March 11, 2022, via Zoom Meeting.
The webinar aims to empower women and reduce gender stereotyping and discrimination in work.
Dr. Ninez B. Tulo, Dr. Myrel M. Santiago, and Mr. Bryan Jan S. Dizon served as the resource speakers and provided knowledge to more than 80 employees of the Provincial Government of Tarlac - Human Resource Management Office on the role of women in leadership and safe spaces in the new standard set-up.
The completed extension activity of the IALO contributes to goal 5 (Gender Equality) and goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities), which are part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Agenda.
