CET awards engineering plans with BOM of PAROBA's peanut processing facility

Tarlac State University - College of Engineering and Technology formally awarded the engineering plans with the bill of materials (BOM) of the Peanut Processing Facility of PAROBA Livelihood Business and Agriculture Association earlier today via Zoom.

During the virtual meeting, Engr. Renz Paul P. Quiambao, Industrial Engineering Technical Consultant and Food Technology Representative presented the proposed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Compliant Production facility. Moreover, Civil Engineering Technical Consultant Engr. Neil Andrew M. Meneses discussed the Architectural, Structural and Plumbing Plans, while the Electrical Engineering Technical Consultant Engr. Crispin I. Flora introduced the Electrical Plan and BOM. 

Involved faculty from the CE, IE and EE Departments also joined the meeting with representatives from the Department of Agrarian Reform and TSU - Extension Services Management Office staff.

This completed extension activity of CET contributes to goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) of the Sustainable Development Goals Agenda.
