The Tarlac State University–College of Computer Studies (TSU-CCS) visited Alvindia-Aguso Elementary School on December 2, 2025, to present the prototype design of the proposed information system under its extension project.
During the presentation, the project team guided the school representatives through the system's features, functionalities, and overall workflow. The session also provided an opportunity for open discussion, allowing the participants to share their insights, suggestions, and feedback to ensure that the system will effectively address the school's operational needs and support its daily processes.
The activity was led by TSU-CCS expert service providers Mr. Larsen B. Dignos, Ms. Karizza D. Feliz, and Ms. Kim Shaira B. Casimiro, who presented the prototype design and welcomed recommendations for further enhancement as part of the system development process.
