The Center for Community and Local Governance Studies and Policy Development (CCLGSPD) and the College of Public Administration and Governance (CPAG), in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Mayantoc, successfully conducted a Historical and Cultural Awareness Profiling activity on April 18, 2026, in Mayantoc, Tarlac.

Third-year BPA students actively participated in the activity by conducting structured interviews with local residents. Student-researchers from Sections 3A, 3B, 3C, 3G, 3J, 3-Capas, and 3-Concepcion served as key data gatherers, facilitating meaningful conversations with community members to document their knowledge and recollections of the municipality's rich historical and cultural heritage.

The profiling activity was conducted under the Kinabaknang Ti Mayantoc Project, an initiative that seeks to establish a comprehensive and well-researched historical account of the municipality. The project envisions creating a definitive reference on Mayantoc's past—one that honors the voices of its people and preserves the collective memory of the community for future generations.
