The DOST Central Luzon SARAI CeNTRO Team met with the Center for Engineering and Environmental Research (CEER) of Tarlac State University at the TSU Lucinda Campus to explore possible areas of collaboration and data sharing aimed at strengthening smart agriculture initiatives in the province of Tarlac. The meeting focused on aligning technical expertise, research capabilities, and data resources to enhance science-based agricultural planning and decision-making.
Through the proposed partnership, both institutions expressed their commitment to advancing innovative and data-driven solutions that support farmers, local government units, and other stakeholders. The collaboration is expected to contribute to more responsive, climate-informed, and sustainable agricultural systems in Tarlac under the DOST SINAG (Smart and INnovative AGriculture) initiative.
