On November 21, 2025, Bueno Integrated School strengthened its commitment to safeguarding learners through a Seminar-Workshop on Child Protection Policy, with Atty. Ruby Rose Vinluan serving as the resource speaker.
The activity aimed to educate teachers and school personnel on their legal duties in ensuring a safe learning environment for children. Atty. Vinluan discussed key provisions on child protection, reporting procedures, preventive measures against abuse and discrimination, and the responsibilities of school institutions under existing laws and Department of Education policies.
Aside from the lecture, participants engaged in a workshop that allowed them to develop school-based strategies and protocols to further reinforce the protection and welfare of students.
School officials emphasized that the seminar is part of continuing efforts to promote child-friendly practices and uphold every learner’s right to safety and quality education.
