CEDH Meeting for the First Quarter of 2024

With the first quarter of 2024 drawn into conclusion, the Office of the University Extension Services (OUES) has conducted the quarterly College Extension Department Heads' Meeting highlighting the current accomplishments of the colleges in terms of the Extension Targets.

With respect to improving the services catered by the OUES, the CEDH Meeting also took into discussion the new extension guidelines as recently approved by the University's Board of Regents (BOR) under Resolutions No. 23, 24, and 25, s. 2024.
Engr. Emir Lenard S.F. Sicangco, the OUES director, thoroughly explained the revisions on the credit hours for rendered extension services; privileges, incentives, and allowance for extension personnel and extension service providers; and the extension service providers' roles in extension programs, projects, and activities.
Meanwhile, the OUES Department Heads have also outlined their respective agenda in the aforesaid meeting.
Ms. Jay Ann L. Pablo, the Planning and Performance Management Department head, reported on the status of PPMP in 2023-2024 and the accomplishments of the colleges for the first quarter.
Expounding on pertinent information under the PPMP, Mr. Aljon N. Lusong, the Extension Services Management Department head, informed the CEDHs on the evaluation results of the PPMP for 2025.
Lastly, the Head for Technology and Knowledge Management Department Mr. Jhayvi C. Dizon officially turned over to the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) the produced Extension IEC Materials such as the CCJE Extension Brochure and the CCJE Extension AVP.
The OUES conducts quarterly meetings to keep the University Extension Service Providers updated with necessary information and to continually improve its system and procedures.
