On November 20, 2025, the Tarlac State University – College of Architecture and Fine Arts (TSU-CAFA) successfully conducted an initial meeting with the Bayanihan Institute to finalize plans for the requested mural painting project. Following the discussion, the college carried out an ocular visit to assess the designated area and ensure that the design and preparations align with the beneficiary’s vision. This collaborative effort aims to bring creativity and vibrant art to the community.
