Dick S. Tuazon, with technical assistance from Engr. Ann Jeannette Lopez, Engr. Renz Paul Quiambao, Engr. Maria Paola Espinosa, Engr. Ma. Victoria Rodriguez, Engr. Joycelyn Cabuang, and Engr. Jean Zyra David.

It is known for producing high-quality peanut butter made from 100% pure peanuts, ensuring a rich and natural taste without extenders or excessive oil content.
These extension projects aim to assist the Ilug Kamalig Agriculture Cooperative and Mr. Nut's Peanut Butter in developing a facility layout plan that aligns with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) standards. The project will be a crucial step in supporting their application for a License to Operate (LTO) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By ensuring compliance with CGMP, the proposed layout will enhance operational efficiency, promote food safety, and improve product quality. This initiative reflects the Industrial Engineering Department's commitment to empowering local agricultural producers with technical expertise to meet regulatory requirements and foster sustainable growth.
