On September 17, 2025, The Center for Peace, Indigenous Peoples' Resources and Development held a productive meeting with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Region 3 (NCIP) Region III, represented by Atty. Roman A. Antonio, Regional Director, and Ms. Regina P. Panlilio, IKSP Focal Person.
The discussion focused on strengthening institutional partnership and reinforcing shared commitments to the promotion of Indigenous Peoples’ rights, cultural integrity, and sustainable development.
Among the matters discussed was the possibility of undertaking a joint activity in line with the upcoming observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Month, aimed at advancing awareness, inclusivity, and meaningful engagement with IP communities across the region.
This collaboration underscores the continuing efforts of both institutions to build stronger networks for peace, empowerment, and development.
