Strengthening Partnerships: CCLGSPD and LGU Moncada Push Forward Moncada @150

The Center for Community and Local Governance Studies and Policy Development (CCLGSPD) met with local officials on September 11, 2025, at the Moncada Municipal Hall to discuss the progress and future directions of the Moncada @150 Project.

The meeting was attended by Hon. Ramon Benito M. Aquino, Municipal Mayor of Moncada, along with Councilor Charl Justin E. Quijano and Councilor Michael B. Uycoco. Also present was Dr. Cynthia G. Quiambao, Director of CCLGSPD, who reaffirmed the Center’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with the local government.

During the meeting, Mr. Bryan Jan Dizon, Project Head of Moncada @150, presented the project’s accomplished activities, discussed possible initiatives on education and digitalization, and shared research findings that emphasized the importance of cultural heritage and historical consciousness in shaping future policy directions.
