On March 21, 2025, the Center for Peace, Indigenous Peoples' Resources and Development successfully conducted its timely and relevant Seminar-Workshop on Mental Health Awareness, with Prof. Maria Sheila G. Medina as the engaging resource speaker. This timely and relevant event is part of an ongoing Seminar-Workshop Series taking a holistic approach to safeguard the well-being of our IP students.
Students from Bueno Integrated School were absolutely superb in their active participation! Through dynamic discussions and practical workshops, they deepened their understanding of mental health, learned to recognize signs of distress, and developed valuable coping strategies. The interactive session created a safe space for sharing experiences and building supportive connections-proving just how crucial these conversations are.
