On September 10, 2025, the Center for Peace, Indigenous Peoples' Resources and Development (CPIPRD) formally submitted a series of research studies to Ms. Regina P. Panlilio, IKSP Focal Person of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Region 3 (NCIP) Region III, in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The submitted researches include:

This submission is in accordance with NCIP Administrative Order No. 1, series of 2012, otherwise known as the Indigenous Knowledge System and Practices (IKSP) and Customary Laws (CLs) Research and Documentation Guidelines of 2012.
Through these studies, CPIPRD reaffirms its commitment to advancing research-based programs that recognize, respect, and preserve the rights, knowledge, and traditions of Indigenous Peoples
