Tarlac State University – Center for Solar and Emerging Technology, the Office of the University Extension Services, and the College of Engineering joined forces with San Jose Elementary School in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on March 6, 2025, in San Jose, Tarlac City.
The event was graced by OUES Director, Engr. Emir Lenard SF. Sicangco, SET Director, Engr. Leo P. Piao, and COE Dean Miriam S. Galvez.
The collaboration will bring expert support in designing and installing electrical systems, water pumps, and solar solutions. Experts from TSU’s Electrical and Electronics and Mechanical Departments also conducted a site inspection to kickstart the project.
