The Industrial Engineering (IE) Department has launched an initiative to support local agriculture, recently conducting a site visit on October 9, 2025, to Sitio Pao, Mayantoc, Tarlac. The team was headed by ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐๐ป๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป๐ป๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐, IE Department Head, included IE Experts, ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐น ๐ค๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ผ, ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐๐ป๐ป๐ฎ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐น๐ฒ๐, ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐๐ผ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด, and ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ.
The department is providing consultancy and specialized services to firm owners, ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ป๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ต๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ฟ๐ผ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ป, specifically for the construction of their Rice Coffee and Tea Processing facility. The primary goal is to ensure the facility meets strict Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Standards.
