On September 30, 2025, the DSWD Tarlac Home for Women, together with the Young Entrepreneurs Society of Tarlac State University, held the "Entrepreneurial Mind-Setting Training" at Tarlac Provincial Hospital. The program featured a lecture by Dr. Elvira B. Mercado, supported by Dr. Limuel P. Pavico and Ma’am Angie M. Bengco, who introduced entrepreneurship basics, MSMEs’ importance, and practical business tools.
Participants shared dream drawings of their goals, like owning salons or stores, symbolizing hope for a better future. The training ended with a visualization exercise and certificate awarding, inspiring women to see entrepreneurship as a path to purpose and resilience.
