PANIQUI, TARLAC – Dr. Mellany G. Masangkay is currently leading a session on Teaching Technique 2: Power Up Differentiated Instructions, actively participated by Child Development Workers (CDWs) from the municipalities of Paniqui and Anao.
In her discussion, Dr. Masangkay shared the importance of using different approaches to deliver lessons tailored to the needs and learning levels of each child. She mentioned that educators must recognize and appreciate the multiple intelligences of children, ensuring that their unique strengths and potentials are nurtured.
Also, she introduced interactive strategies such as songs and engaging activities that can be applied in daycare settings.
