On September 29, 2025, DTI - Tarlac and Tarlac State University’s Hospitality and Tourism Management Department held a seminar on "Building Stronger Teams: Professional Image and Social Etiquette for Service Excellence" at the Capitol Center Building, Tarlac City, facilitated by Ms. Mary Diane M. Tejano.
Mr. Ferdinand Y. Silaran discussed Professional Image Development, emphasizing the importance of integrity, respect, and consistency in building trust and credibility. Dr. Creselda A. Tolenada highlighted the role of social graces and etiquette in public service, stressing good manners and client - centered service. The seminar reaffirmed DTI - Tarlac and TSU’s commitment to developing professionals who embody excellence, dignity, and service - oriented values.
