The Center for Community and Local Governance Studies and Policy Development led a triangulation and focus group discussion (FGD) with the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council of Barangay Sinait. The activity was held on May 14, 2025, at the Barangay Hall and aimed to support the “Aksyon Kaagapay ang Pamahalaan” (AKAP) Project.
The main goal of the discussion was to identify and assess the priority development needs of Barangay Sinait. The insights gathered from the activity will help guide future programs and projects that address the needs of the community.
The event was attended by the College Extension Department Head and faculty members from Tarlac State University (TSU), particularly from the College of Public Administration and Governance, College of Business and Accountancy, College of Education, College of Science, and College of Computer Studies. Their participation provided valuable academic and technical input during the session.
The activity highlighted the importance of collaboration between the university and local government units. By working together, both parties aim to create meaningful and sustainable development initiatives for the barangay.
