A Memorandum of Agreement between the Tarlac State University - College of Business and Accountancy (TSU-CBA) and Petal Avenue was signed in a virtual ceremony on March 11, 2022, to formalize the engagement for the delivery and implementation of different extension activities.
The agreement outlines the technical assistance that will be provided by TSU CBA faculty experts for the branding, advertising, and marketing of Petal Avenue.
